Henry Sanchez, D.B.A. Valor Plumbing (“our”, “us” or “we”) is a licensed plumbing contractor with the State of California. Valor Plumbing owns and operates the website at https://valorplumbing.com. This privacy policy details how we collect, use and share our customer’s (“your”) personal information/data. Customer’s include any visitors of this website.

The personal information that we collect and store is voluntarily provided by our customers and used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not currently and will never at any point in the future, sell or rent this information to any 3rd parties outside of our organization. Presently we do not, nor have we in the past, used our customer’s information for sales or marketing campaigns.

Valor Plumbing collects customer’s personal information in the following ways: 1.) Via any forms or chat platforms available on this website. 2.) When you make an electronic payment in person or online. 3.) Via texts that you initiate to us. 4.) Via any emails that you send us directly. 5.) Any information we request that you verbally provide to us by phone.

To help us provide our services to our customers, 3rd party services are used in connection with this website; Tidio, Jobber, OpenPhone and Google.

Tidio is a chat platform that connects users with the customer support of Valor Plumbing. Tidio is integrated into this site to allow Valor Plumbing’s customers a convenient way to connect instantly via live chat. Valor Plumbing may at times request customer’s name and email address during the chat process. The messages and data exchanged are stored within the Tidio application. Jobber is a cloud based operations management platform Valor Plumbing uses to manage such things as appointments, workflow and billing. Jobber acts as a service provider, or data processor, on behalf of Valor Plumbing to process customer’s information. On this website Valor Plumbing uses an intake form, provided by Jobber, for scheduling appointments. This form is located at https://valorplumbing.com/booking. Information from this form that is shared and stored on Jobber’s platform includes, but is not limited to, name, phone number, email and address. Payments made by credit card or bank payment (ACH) are processed securely using Jobber via the Stripe payment system. For bank payments an additional service provider, Plaid, is used to securely connect customer’s financial institution with Jobber. Valor Plumbing only has access to the last 4 digits of customer’s credit card and bank account number, expiration date and bank name for ACH. A customer’s financial information may be stored on the Jobber platform for Valor Plumbing to process future payments only when a customer elects to store their payment information upon making a payment online via their client hub or if verbal permission is given when processing phone payments. OpenPhone is a VoIP (voice over internet protocol) service provider that allows Valor Plumbing to connect to customers by phone or text. When you call or text Valor Plumbing at the phone number listed on this website, your telephone number and text history are stored in OpenPhone. Valor Plumbing may at times create a contact in OpenPhone using your phone number and name to help better identify and track communication with regular customers. Google web fonts are used on this website for a uniform representation of this site. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address. Valor Plumbing does not directly use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind in connection with your use of this website. However, this may not apply to our 3rd party service providers for services used in connection with this website; Tidio, Jobber, OpenPhone and Google. By contacting Valor Plumbing, we will address any questions or concerns you may have about your data including what information we have stored and where, correct/change your information, requests to delete your data and anything else regarding our privacy policy.

Deletion of your data: Valor Plumbing will honor requests to delete certain or all of your data from our systems by request and where possible. If a financial transaction has taken place for services provided by Valor Plumbing, we will only be able to delete certain data. For us to fulfill our legal responsibilities it is necessary for us to retain billing and work history records for a certain period of time.
